Good little laminated brochure type guide. Not comprehensive by any means, but clear pictures and accurate descriptions help me and my kids identify the common birds we see in our yard, and when we are out and about.

GREAT and very helpful "carry along" quick reference.
We are not bird experts, but do have a "beginners" interest in bird identification. We are new to Louisiana, and my 3-year-old son and I love finding the birds we've seen at the park in this little guide.
This is nothing but a very abbreviated fold out pamphlet which is of no practical use. Just some tiny pictures with the the names of the birds, no helpful hints about identification. this is a waste of $$.The second book we bought, all about Louisiana birds WAS helpful.
